Feature & Follow #9: Checking off my Bucket List!

Good morning peeps,

It's time to have a new feature and follow blog post, which is a weekly meme hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee's View.

What is Feature and Follow Friday?

In simple words- to gain more followers either via GFC or Bloglovin'. So the very idea of having this feature and follow meme is to collect more new bloggers on the block and to make new blogger friends as well as followers. It is a great idea which was started out by Alison and  Rachel. Three Cheers for those two masterminds!

So How does it Works?
  • Follow the Featured Bloggers on their blogs
  • Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  • Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say "hi" in your comments and that they are now following you.
  • If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn't have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
  • Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  • If someone comments and says they are following you, please return the courtesy by following them back. Spread the Love...and the followers

 This Week's Question:

Here is €/£/$100,000. Buy something. Anything at all! What would be the first thing you choose, and why? - Suggested by Journey Through Fiction

Well, for starters, that's a hell lot of money, and I can strike out everything off my bucket list. But since I'm a bibliophile and a huge lover and collector of paperbacks and hardback copies of books and novel, I would firstly purchase the following:

1. Show them off like a swagger- A Bookshelf:

The Metamorphosis Bookshelf

This happens to be the world's most expensive and coolest bookshelf and I would give anything to have it in my bedroom and imagine, how lucky and happy my books will be, after all my books are like my babies, and I care for their happiness and well being.

2.  Oh la la, who can say "NO" to First Editions?

After all if I buy such an expensive bookshelf, I need to show it off with some of my favorite books' first edition.

3. A trip to Paradise is a must!

Every body has their favorite destination in the world, and just like everyone,  mine will be Santorini, off the Greek coast. Situated on the southern coast of the Aegean Sea, this beautiful island is a result of a massive volcanic eruption and it's said that the lave of this volcano burnt the sand and so it's black in color. Just visualize the picture of black sand, blue sea and white houses making a myriad of colors, life and happiness. When I close my eye, I always get teleported to this magical island and I could feel the salty breeze and heat of the sun on my tongue.

4. Rest of the money, I would save it, because saving money is not bad for your survival..

How about you guys? Do share your thoughts in the comments below.
